Shipping & Delivery

If you place an order for an in-stock item on weekdays before 14.00, we will, whenever possible, dispatch your order the same day. (Delivery times may be longer during the Christmas period and during sale campaigns.)

Items are normally shipped together once the entire order is ready, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are provided as guidance only. Culture Above All cannot be held liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping HOME delivery with PostNord cost DKK 49

 

Shipping Information

We currently deliver only within Denmark. We use DAO and POSTNORD as our shipping provider. Shipping costs may vary depending on order value, weight, and parcel size.

In rare cases where the selected delivery method is not possible (for example due to parcel dimensions), we reserve the right to choose an alternative shipping method. If this results in additional costs for you, we will contact you before shipping your order.

 

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive your item(s), without stating any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an unambiguous statement informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can do this by email to: info@cultureaboveall.com

 

Return Deadline

You must return the item(s) to us no later than 10 days from the day you informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in unused and original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item(s).

 

Refund

We will refund your payment without undue delay, and no later than 10 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s).
